Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Clean and wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
– Clean and sanitize cutlery, plates, bowls, and serving items
– Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment such as grills, stoves, counters, and preparation tables
– Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean, organized, and hygienic according to Dubai Municipality requirements
– Dispose of waste properly and keep garbage areas clean
– Assist chefs with basic food preparation such as washing vegetables, organizing ingredients, and bringing items they need
– Refill and organize kitchen supplies, cutlery, and clean equipment for daily operations
– Ensure the dishwashing and kitchen cleaning areas are always tidy, disinfected, and ready for use
