We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managed throughout project lifecycles.

• Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholders, mapping their interests and influence
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain positive relationships
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and address concerns
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated into project plans
• Monitor and report on stakeholder sentiment and engagement levels
• Develop and maintain stakeholder management documentation and databases
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to stakeholder relationships
• Represent the organization at industry events and forums to build and maintain stakeholder networks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder management or a similar role
• Proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement in complex projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in stakeholder management software (e.g., Stakeholder Circle, Jira)
• Solid project management skills and experience
• Expertise in stakeholder mapping and analysis techniques
• Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
• Understanding of corporate governance and sustainability practices
• Familiarity with local business culture and practices in the UAE
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence decision-makers
