Full job description

• Minimum 3 years of experience in spray painting or a similar role.
• Formal training or certification in spray painting or coatings (preferred but not required).

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in the use of spray guns (HVLP, airless, electrostatic, etc.).
• Knowledge of various paint types, primers, thinners, and finishing materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, color charts, and mixing ratios.
• Skilled in surface preparation techniques (sanding, masking, cleaning).
• Understanding of paint curing processes (air-dry, heat, UV-cured, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in confined or awkward spaces for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
