We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to join our luxurious spa facility at SO Uptown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and overseeing daily operations.
- Overseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of service
- Manage and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spa products and supplies
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting and reporting
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new wellness practices into spa offerings
- Collaborate with other departments to create integrated guest experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in spa or wellness management
- Proven track record in customer service and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management systems
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry
- Ability to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
- Spa management certification preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
