How does your working day look like …

  • To perform massage to guests maintaining their comfort at all times.
  • To ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
  • To ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety as first priority.
  • Perform face and body treatments, as certified/trained to do so.
  • Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each massage.
  • Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
  • Maintain an ample supply of products, oils, towels, sheets, and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage/face/body work area. Preparation of kits as required/needed.
  • The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.
  • Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to members and hotel guests.
  • Maintain current professional licenses.
  • Report dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Manager if any.
  • Assist in the operations of all spa departments
  • Contribute to social reviews.
  • Meet individual monthly targets.
  • Maintain and organize the storage room and inventory.
  • Maximizing upselling opportunities during low-traffic periods.
  • Drive treatment upselling initiatives in the lobby, cultivate strong relationships with repeat guests, and ensure proactive follow-ups to enhance guest retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications


Your personality counts more than your CV …

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in similar role of Spa therapist (Thai Massage)
  • You can speak English fluently
  • You can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve.
  • You have a certified Degree in therapy education
  • You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it.
  • You have extensive knowledge of spa treatments, products, and techniques.
  • You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character.
