We are looking for a friendly, professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they enter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage spa bookings, schedules, and appointments efficiently using the booking system.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately.
- Upsell and promote spa treatments, retail products, and membership packages.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Address client complaints or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure client data is kept confidential and handled per company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role (experience in the spa or wellness industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
