Full job description

The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, manage staff performance, ensure excellent client satisfaction, and drive sales through effective marketing and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all spa operations, including staff scheduling and treatment quality.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate spa therapists and reception staff.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Manage product inventory and spa supplies efficiently.
  • Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
  • Handle client feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on sales, performance, and budgets for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Supervisor in a reputable spa or wellness center.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and marketing knowledge for spa services and products.
  • Understanding of spa operations, treatments, and wellness trends.
  • Customer-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
