Spa Attendant

Job Description

  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their spa experience in a courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in all spa areas, including locker rooms, lounges, treatment rooms, and showers
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after each guest service
  • Ensure a steady supply of clean towels, robes, linens, and other amenities
  • Restock refreshments, spa products, and supplies as needed
  • Support spa therapists by facilitating smooth transitions between services
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, needs, and concerns
  • Uphold safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in accordance with hotel and health standards
  • Assist in inventory management and reporting of spa supplies
  • Promote spa services and products when appropriate

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess active license or certification in related field
  • One to two years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
  • Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
