About the role

The Spa Attendant will play a key role in creating a serene, immaculate, and welcoming spa environment. You will support the spa team by ensuring all facilities are pristine, well-stocked, and ready for guest use, while providing discreet and attentive service to enhance the overall guest experience.

What you will do

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, warm, and courteous manner.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, wet areas, relaxation lounges, and changing facilities.
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms with fresh linens, amenities, and supplies between each guest.
• Ensure that spa facilities are clean, sanitized, and operating efficiently.
• Provide guests with robes, slippers, towels, and refreshments as required.
• Monitor guest needs discreetly, offering assistance while respecting their privacy.
• Support therapists and reception staff by replenishing supplies and handling operational requests.
• Follow strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations and hotel policies.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs to ensure a seamless and memorable spa experience.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Spa or Spa Supervisor

What you bring

• A minimum of at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in a spa, wellness environment in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of Spa operations
• Warm and guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
