Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by selling software products and solutions to prospective and existing clients, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers in target markets.
- Present and demonstrate software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records with accurate sales pipeline updates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
