Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by selling software products and solutions to prospective and existing clients, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers in target markets.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate sales pipeline updates.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
