Role Description
This is a full-time Healthcare Software Sales Executive role located in Dubai. The Healthcare Software Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of Health Cluster’s healthcare software solutions and products to achieve targets in the Middle East healthcare market, with a primary focus on Dubai. Responsibilities include prospecting, generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with healthcare institutions. The Sales Executive will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and stay informed about market trends in the Dubai and wider Middle East region.
Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Information Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare software sales, with a strong preference for experience in the Middle East market
- Proven track record of delivering successful sales results, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and developing and executing sales strategies
- Thorough understanding of the Middle East healthcare market and its trends, including relevant regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations in Dubai and the wider region
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with healthcare software solutions and products, such as Health Tech, eHealth, Digital Health, AI & ML, Internet of Things, Healthcare Analytics, and RPM is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East region, with a focus on Dubai
