Summary

As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing our KAYALI social media strategies that enhance our brand visibility, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. You will lead a team of social media specialists, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure all social media activities align with our business objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube, as well as microblogging platforms like Whatsapp, Threads and Broadcast. This includes for Mona Kattan, KAYALI as well as other supporting social media handles.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance on content creation and campaign execution. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and growth.
  • Content Oversight: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance brand presence. Provide regular reports on performance and insights to inform future strategies, including social listening
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, paid media. PR, influencer and product development teams to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with broader business initiatives.
  • Social Media Experimentation: Pilot new formats, trends, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand stays ahead of digital shifts.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies within the fragrance, fast-moving, luxury field.


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinkler, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and content creation (text, image, video).
