Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Execution

  • Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for two F&B brands in line with brand strategies and guidelines
  • Plan and maintain social media content calendars for posts and stories (Instagram & TikTok)
  • Create, publish, and optimize posts, reels, stories, and TikTok content
  • Shoot and edit short-form photo and video content (Reels, Stories, TikTok)
  • Ensure a consistent visual style and tone of voice across all platforms
  • Execute content plans and campaign briefs provided by the Marketing Manager
  • Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management (F&B or hospitality experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong portfolio is mandatory (applications without a portfolio will not be considered), demonstrating social media growth, engagement, and content performance
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
  • Graphic design skills for creating social media posts and stories
  • Confident iPhone photo and video shooting skills
  • Basic video editing skills for Reels, Stories, and TikTok
  • Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-house environment
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher); Russian language skills are required
  • Currently based in Dubai
  • UAE driving license is a plus
