About Us:
We are a jewellery company with a growing digital presence through our app. We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to maintain our social media platforms, ensuring they are always up-to-date, professional, and engaging for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media accounts daily and respond to comments/messages promptly
• Update posts, banners, and content regularly according to brand standards
• Ensure all social media content is consistent, accurate, and up to company standards
• Track engagement and report trends or issues
• Maintain the overall quality and aesthetics of our social media profiles

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
