Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Skin Care Sales Promoter to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our skincare products, educating customers on their benefits, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell skincare products to customers at retail outlets, pharmacies, or promotional events.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about product benefits and usage.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness at the counter.
• Stay updated on skincare trends, competitor products, and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or skincare/beauty industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about skincare and beauty.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required
• Must Speak Tagalog.
