The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing on-site joinery and carpentry work, ensuring that installations meet design specifications, safety regulations, and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate joinery and fit-out installation teams.
• Ensure that installation is done according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Solve site-related challenges, including technical and logistical issues.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed.
• Check material deliveries and confirm compliance with project requirements.
• Report progress, site issues, and solutions to project managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in joinery/carpentry fit-out projects.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate on-site work.

Strong leadership and site management skills.
