Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a hands-on Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor experienced in gypsum works, tiling (large slabs & small tiles), bathrooms, and joinery. Must be able to read drawings accurately and ensure all works are executed strictly as per drawings, with strong focus on site supervision, quality control, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and execute work from architectural, interior, shop, and MEP drawings
• Supervise interior fit-out works and ensure quality workmanship
• Conduct daily site inspections, punch lists, and follow-ups
• Verify site measurements, quantities, and material usage
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
• Monitor joinery details, finishes, interfaces, and service clearances
• Maintain site reports, logs, and as-built notes
• Enforce safety, quality, mock-ups, and handover inspections

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil, Construction, or Interior-related field
• 2+ years of interior fit-out site supervision UAE experience
• Strong drawing interpretation and detailing skills
• Knowledge of finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Basic MS Office and mobile reporting skills
• Valid local driving license (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
