Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works.
- Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Allocate and monitor manpower, tools, and materials effectively.
- Inspect and approve workmanship, ensuring finishing is to the highest standard.
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce HSE policies on-site.
- Maintain daily site logs, progress updates, and snag reports.
- Report any delays, site issues, or deviations to the project manager promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks according to project schedules.
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out supervision.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works, finishing details, and material handling.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
