Fibrixa is seeking a Site Supervisor (Mechanical Engineer) to oversee and manage on-site operations for our GRC, GRP, and specialized fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with project engineers, production teams, and subcontractors
• Monitor quality, safety standards, and compliance with UAE regulations
• Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to management
• Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget
• Resolve site-related technical and execution issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–3 years of UAE site supervision experience (GRC / GRP / fabrication projects preferred)
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of site execution, drawings, and quality control
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
