Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and managing the installation team onsite.
• Coordinating with clients and CPs.
• Evaluating the performance and work quality of the installation team.
• Ensuring timely arrival and preparedness of the installation team.
• The Site work must be completed without any complaints from the customer.
• Coordinate with installers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure proper measurements and site readiness before installation.
• Inspect materials and ensure quality control standards.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues on-site.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
• Report delays, damages, or deviations to management

Requirements:

•  Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in site supervision, preferably in window blinds or interior furnishings.

•  Strong knowledge of installation techniques and tools.

•  Ability to read technical drawings and take site measurements.

•  Good communication and team management skills.

•  Willing to travel to multiple project sites.
