Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Ensure all site work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of each phase.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship on site.
• Prepare daily site reports and update project status to management.
• Handle site issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and technical teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
