Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, materials, and personnel to designated locations.
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure the timely and efficient progress of projects.
• Supervise and manage site teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Report project status and issues to higher management.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports and work progress details.
• Manage equipment and materials, ensuring they are properly stored, maintained, and used efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a strong understanding of construction practices in the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Diploma or professional certifications in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise a diverse workforce.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of diamond-cutting technologies.
• Knowledge of demolition of concrete structures.
