Job Title: Aluminum & Glass Supervisor

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise aluminum and glass teams in fabrication and installation works.
• Oversee the execution of windows, doors, and curtain walls as per drawings and specifications.
• Assign tasks to technicians and workers, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with management and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety regulations and resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in aluminum and glass field.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
