Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site compliance with UAE safety laws and regulations.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments with corrective measures.
• Develop safety plans, emergency procedures, and deliver toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents, maintain safety documentation, and enforce PPE usage.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture across site teams.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead toolbox talks, inductions, and safety training sessionsEnforce the use of PPE, safe work practices, and permit-to-work systemsReport near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions promptlyMaintain HSE documentation and coordinate with site engineers and foremen.
• Requirements:
• NEBOSH IGC / OSHA or equivalent (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (preferred).
• Min. 2 years’ experience in construction safety; UAE experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws & excellent reporting skills.
