Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and manage resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between management, vendors, and on-site teams.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, records, and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in site coordination/operations (experience in home country will be considered).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)

Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Location: Sharjah
