SIRA CCTV & IT Sales Executive:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for CCTV systems and related products/services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including property managers, businesses, and homeowners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Customer Service:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on CCTV system operation and maintenance.

Sales Reporting and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote CCTV products/services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security or CCTV industry.
  • SIRA certification is required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, including installation, configuration and IT Hardware Knowledge.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
