SIRA CCTV & IT Sales Executive:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for CCTV systems and related products/services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including property managers, businesses, and homeowners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Customer Service:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on CCTV system operation and maintenance.
Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote CCTV products/services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security or CCTV industry.
- SIRA certification is required.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, including installation, configuration and IT Hardware Knowledge.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
