Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Sales Executive with strong knowledge of tiles, slabs, porcelain, and building materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through product selections, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on product selection.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of tiles, slabs, porcelain, and related building materials.
- Prepare and present quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, designers, and retail clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain showroom displays, ensuring products are well-presented.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in sales within the tiles/porcelain/building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
