We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or a related industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and sales.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
  • Respond to and manage customer emails using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the team in achieving showroom sales targets.
  • Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and organized.
  • Stay updated on product features and promotions.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a related industry.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer service.
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to draft and manage quotations and respond to emails professionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
