Full job description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Procurement, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in a showroom or retail environment).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Knowledge of showroom products or automotive items is a plus.
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing showroom materials and supplies.
- Compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow up with vendors on order status and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate purchase and inventory records.
- Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company standards and budget.
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
