Showroom In-charge Duties
- Create and maintain a welcoming experience for showroom customers.
- Properly maintain and update showroom displays.
- Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular sales staff briefing.
- Oversee showroom operations, including day-to-day maintenance
- Recommend fine points of inventory control.
- Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends.
- Coordinate with other managers to ensure the smooth functioning of showroom.
- Conduct sales meetings with clients.
- Develop and maintain business relationships
- Develop new business leads
- Timely feedback to the concerned departments on products and new trends, prepare liquidation plans.
· Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other common practices.
Showroom In-charge Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the showroom, including merchandising, floor layout, products displayed, displays, and the space’s overall appearance and ambiance.
- Handle customer sales and purchase requests, LPOs, and stock follow-ups.
- Maintain and manage inventory.
- Assist with marketing and promotions.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Perform other duties as assigned and closely coordinate with the finance team and ensure the procedure and policies are adhered to.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in a showroom management role
- Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively manage staff and resources
- Proven track record
