Showroom In-charge Duties

• Create and maintain a welcoming experience for showroom customers.
• Properly maintain and update showroom displays.
• Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness.
• Conduct regular sales staff briefing.
• Oversee showroom operations, including day-to-day maintenance
• Recommend fine points of inventory control.
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends.
• Coordinate with other managers to ensure the smooth functioning of showroom.
• Conduct sales meetings with clients.
• Develop and maintain business relationships
• Develop new business leads
• Timely feedback to the concerned departments on products and new trends, prepare liquidation plans.

· Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other common practices.

Showroom In-charge Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the showroom, including merchandising, floor layout, products displayed, displays, and the space’s overall appearance and ambiance.
• Handle customer sales and purchase requests, LPOs, and stock follow-ups.
• Maintain and manage inventory.
• Assist with marketing and promotions.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Perform other duties as assigned and closely coordinate with the finance team and ensure the procedure and policies are adhered to.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in a showroom management role
• Strong knowledge of design trends, sales strategies, and showroom operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively manage staff and resources
• Proven track record
