Key Responsibilities

Core Functions

  • Manage the scheduling and execution of all test drive appointments and vehicle allocations.
  • Oversee the fleet’s operational condition, ensuring regular maintenance and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain updated records for vehicle usage, servicing, and driver shifts.
  • Handle customer-facing responsibilities during showroom visits and test drive sessions.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of showroom drivers, setting clear daily goals.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to streamline appointment handling.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and ensure driver punctuality and professionalism.
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high service standards.

Performance, Reporting & Strategy

  • Track key metrics like test drive conversion rates and customer feedback.
  • Optimize driver schedules and fleet utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Report fleet condition and operational challenges to management regularly.
  • Implement improvements in booking, dispatch, and vehicle readiness systems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in fleet coordination, operations, or showroom logistics.
  • Proven team leadership experience, ideally within the automotive or service sector.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or scheduling systems.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is a must.
  • Professional communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask under pressure.
