Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the shop to ensure efficiency and high service standards
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Oversee staff scheduling and training
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the shop
• Monitor sales performance and report to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role (automotive/tire shop experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
