Shop In-Charge – Stationery Shop

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Shop In-Charge to manage daily operations of our stationery shop. The ideal candidate will handle customer service, inventory control, sales supervision, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day shop operations
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
  • Assist customers, drive sales, and achieve targets.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
  • Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and product arrangement
  • Supervise staff (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years retail or stationery shop experience
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Knowledge of stationery and office supplies (preferred)
  • Basic computer and POS skills
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive
