- Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages (applicable to restaurant and hospitality roles).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.
- Upsell and promote additional products or services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about company offerings, promotions, and updates.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, or other payment methods securely.
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures, depending on the work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
