Job Summary
The Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting the service center. The role is responsible for welcoming customers, managing appointments, coordinating with service advisors, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience in an automotive service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously upon arrival and assist with service-related inquiries
- Schedule and confirm service appointments using the dealer management system (DMS)
- Coordinate customer flow between service advisors, technicians, and waiting areas
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries related to service bookings
- Maintain accurate customer records and vehicle information
- Prepare job cards and support service advisors with administrative tasks
- Inform customers about service status, delays, or completion updates
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Follow company policies, service processes, and customer service standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or customer service executive in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with service center operations and automotive terminology
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced service environment
