Position Summary: SERVICE CREW
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items and promotions.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Ensure tables, counters, and dining areas are clean and organized.
- Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in restocking and replenishing supplies.
- Work as a team to meet service goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required.
