- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Work as a team with staff and communicate with supervisors for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants/cafés (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills (English required).
- Basic cash handling and billing knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and on feet for long hours.
- Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility in shifts.
