We are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Security Supervisor to manage and oversee daily security operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIRA Supervisor/Manager License and have strong leadership, client-handling, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control day-to-day security operations at assigned sites
• Handle client and customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Plan, implement, and improve security operations and strategies
• Ensure operational targets and service standards are consistently met
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for business growth and support client retention
• Coordinate with internal departments and prepare operational reports
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (MOFA & UAE Embassy attested)
• Valid SIRA Supervisor/Manager License (mandatory)
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the security industry
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Proven experience in client management and site coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams/sites
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice
