We are seeking an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, ensure the safety of personnel and assets, and manage security staff across assigned sites. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of security procedures, and the ability to handle incidents professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards on-site
• Ensure implementation of security policies, procedures, and site-specific instructions
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain safety standards
• Prepare duty rosters, attendance, and incident reports
• Handle emergencies, security breaches, and disciplinary matters effectively
• Coordinate with management and external authorities when required
• Train and guide security staff to maintain high performance and discipline
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security services, with supervisory experience
• Valid Security License / SIRA / relevant UAE certification (preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
• Physically fit and alert
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial security operations
• Knowledge of emergency response and risk assessment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
