Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing security staff, and ensuring the safety and protection of all personnel, assets, and premises. The role includes monitoring security activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and site-specific security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards on site.
• Ensure all security personnel follow company policies, procedures, and post instructions.
• Monitor access control, CCTV operations, and patrol activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify security gaps and take corrective action.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare and submit daily security reports, incident reports, and shift logs.
• Train, guide, and evaluate security staff performance.
• Assist in preparing duty rosters and ensuring adequate manpower coverage.
• Liaise with clients, management, and emergency services as required.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.
