We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team and support the smooth operation of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and patrol all areas of the hotel, including public spaces, back-of-house areas, and parking facilities
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at all times
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarm situations
  • Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
  • Assist guests and employees in a polite and professional manner
  • Conduct regular security checks and enforce hotel rules and safety policies
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a secure and welcoming environment
  • Assist in crowd control during events and high-occupancy periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Physically fit and able to conduct routine patrols
  • Basic report writing skills
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Security training certification or related license
