Role Overview:
The Security Officer (Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security team within the community. This role ensures that all security guards perform their duties effectively, maintains safety standards, and acts as the primary liaison between the security team and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team leadership: Supervise, schedule, and assign duties to security guards.
- Training & development: Provide orientation, ongoing training, and performance feedback to security staff.
- Operational oversight: Ensure guards follow established security protocols, patrol schedules, and reporting procedures.
- Incident management: Lead response to emergencies, coordinate actions, and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Compliance enforcement: Ensure adherence to community rules, regulations, and safety policies.
- Communication: Act as the point of contact between guards, residents, and management.
- Quality control: Conduct spot checks, patrol audits, and evaluate guard performance.
- Reporting: Submit daily summaries and monthly reports to management.
- Resource management: Oversee security equipment, CCTV systems, and ensure proper usage.
- Conflict resolution: Handle disputes or complaints involving residents, guests, or guards professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Decision-making: Ability to act quickly and effectively in emergencies.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with CCTV, access control systems, and reporting tools.
- Professionalism: High integrity, reliability, and customer service orientation.

- Valid UAE Driving Licence
