Job Overview

DVN Group is seeking a SIRA-certified Security Manager to manage security operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead security teams across assigned sites in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across sites
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and company policies
• Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel
• Implement security plans, SOPs, and emergency procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations
• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Prepare reports and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities

Requirements

• Valid SIRA Security Manager certification (required)
• Experience in security operations or management
• Knowledge of Dubai security regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer and reporting skills

Preferred

• Multi-site security management experience
• Experience in commercial or residential environments
