Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and strategies to protect a company’s assets and personnel.
- Risk management: Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate threats, theft, and vandalism.
- Team management: Lead, manage, and train security personnel, overseeing their daily operations and performance.
- Incident response: Coordinate responses to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies, often working with law enforcement and other emergency services.
- Surveillance and monitoring: Oversee the use of security systems like CCTV and alarms, often from a central control room.
- Compliance and reporting: Maintain records and documentation to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and to prepare for audits.
Qualifications and skills
- Experience in police, security, or military roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor Degree attested from MOFA.
- Security Manager Certificate from SIRA.
