Key responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and strategies to protect a company’s assets and personnel.
  • Risk management: Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate threats, theft, and vandalism.
  • Team management: Lead, manage, and train security personnel, overseeing their daily operations and performance.
  • Incident response: Coordinate responses to security incidents, breaches, and emergencies, often working with law enforcement and other emergency services.
  • Surveillance and monitoring: Oversee the use of security systems like CCTV and alarms, often from a central control room.
  • Compliance and reporting: Maintain records and documentation to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and to prepare for audits.

Qualifications and skills

  • Experience in police, security, or military roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor Degree attested from MOFA.
  • Security Manager Certificate from SIRA.
