Job Summary:

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property. The role includes monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to any suspicious activities or emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or activities
• Ensure the safety of personnel and property at all times
• Check and verify identification of visitors and vehicles entering the premises
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or disturbances
• Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
• Operate surveillance and security systems effectively
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when required
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role
• Good communication and observation skills
• Height 5.7″
• Physically fit and alert
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of security operations and safety practices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid security license (SIRA or equivalent, if in UAE)

Preferred Qualities:

• Honest, reliable, and disciplined
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of first aid is an advantage
