Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to Howco Group H&S Environmental, Security and Quality policies
• Continuously monitor visitor entry and stop any unauthorized access into the facility
• General HSE instruction to visitors and Control of Supplier including but not limited to (diesel, water, food, Sewage, Laundry, and other consumable supplier).
• Confirm visitor appointment with concern HOWCO employee and Give general safety instruction to outsider
• Register visitors in the visitor log book with in time.
• Issues badge and emergency card, and recollect that, prior to exit of visitor and record their exit tine in visitor log book.
• Issue Mandatory PPE (Safety shoes, Safety helmet, Safety goggles, Ear plugs and High visibility jacket) to outsider going to machine shop/yard and recollect from them.
• Issue permit to work to HOWCO concern employees for outsider to work in HOWCO facility.
• Inspecting the outsider’s tools and equipment prior to allow that to HOWCO premises.
• Controlling parking area including employees and visitor parking area.
• Any other duties as assigned based on business needs

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• General awareness of workplace safety.
• Previous experience of site Security.
• Good knowledge and experience dealing with contractors and visitors
• Speak and write English decently
• Holding PSCOD (Private security company organization department) License.
• At least 2 years’ experience in site security
