Job description:

• Patrol Premises: Conduct regular and random patrols of the property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate and monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
• Access Control: Manage access control systems to ensure that only authorized personnel are allowed entry to restricted areas.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and calls related to security issues, emergencies, or disturbances. Provide first aid or emergency response as needed.
• Report Writing: Document and report all incidents, breaches, or unusual activities in a clear and detailed manner. Prepare daily logs and incident reports.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and clients while maintaining a professional demeanor. Answer inquiries and provide directions as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures. Conduct safety inspections and assist in maintaining a safe working environment.
