Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and vigilant Security Guards to join our team at Thrive Services. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at assigned client locations. Your duties include monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to security incidents in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems
• Control access at entrances and ensure only authorized personnel enter
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms promptly and appropriately
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by staff, visitors, and contractors
• Report suspicious behavior or security breaches to supervisors immediately
• Assist during emergencies, evacuations, or medical incidents

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Certificate (mandatory)
• Previous experience as a Security Guard preferred (1–2 years)
• Good physical condition and ability to stand/walk for long periods
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to stay alert and act quickly in emergencies
• Clean criminal record and professional appearance
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and night duties
