We are looking for professional and disciplined Male and Female Bouncers to join our security team and ensure a safe, respectful, and secure environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety, security, and order within the hotel premises.
• Control entry and exit points for guests and staff.
• Handle crowd management during events, parties, and busy hours.
• Respond quickly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Protect guests, VIPs, and hotel property at all times.
• Report any suspicious activity or behavior to the Security Supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA License is mandatory.
• Male and Female candidates welcome.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as a bouncer or security officer (hotel experience preferred).
• Physically fit, alert, and confident.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations calmly.
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
