About the Role:

We are a marine shipping company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented looking for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant

We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and well-organized, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Tagalog.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination of meetings, and office support tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy reception/office area.
  • Provide support to management and staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Available to join immediately.
