About the Role:
We are a marine shipping company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented looking for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant
We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is professional, approachable, and well-organized, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Tagalog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and callers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination of meetings, and office support tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy reception/office area.
- Provide support to management and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Available to join immediately.
